I've grown up watching Ant and Dec all my life, I can't remember the first time I started watching them, all I know was that it was definitely after SMTV started as I had only just been born when that started. The earliest memory I had of watching the boys was on the third series of BGT, I clearly remember them announcing Diversity as the winners of BGT, but anything else is just a blur.
Fast forward a few years and we come to 2013, I think that's the first year I watched Takeaway and became more invested in them, I loved watching them and spent most of my days and evenings watching videos of them on Youtube.
Fast forward another couple of years and we get to 2015, this is the year when I created my twitter account for them. I wanted to find and get to know other fans of the boys so what better why to do that then create a fan account. As time went on this fan account slowly turned into an update account and things happened that I never expected, I got tweets from Ant and Dec, I got likes and interactions from other celebrities and many of my posts have ended up in news articles. Through my twitter account I have also made life long friends and got to attend BGT where I've been able to stand two feet away from Ant and Dec themselves.
From the success of my twitter account, I also decided to create by a youtube account and instagram account and again what has happened on them is something I never expected. Ant and Dec liked a couple of my pictures and my account has 200k followers and rising, my youtube channel is doing pretty well too, I'm way over 4000 subscribers and have nearly 1.5 million views across my videos.
Without Ant and Dec none of this would have ever happened, I wouldn't have made the friendships that I have done and I certainly wouldn't be typing this right now, as cheesy as it may seem, I love running my social media accounts and creating videos and none of this would have been possible without the existence of Ant and Dec.
